25+ years in crop inputs, biologicals, and business development. Former VP–Canada at Verdesian Life Sciences; launched national operations and R&D. Previous roles with Monsanto BioAg, Schumacher Seeds, and Cargill AgHorizons.

Kevin Genest, Sales Manager
Kevin brings over 35 years in sales and management experience to our team. As a former location manager for G-Mac’s Agro and Innovative Ag Performance Group Ltd. , Kevin has extensive knowledge of the current market demands, with a passion for helping retails to find success. Kevin currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Canadian Association of Agri-Retailers (CAAR), a member-driven non-profit association representing individuals working in the ag industry.

Born and raised in Canmore, AB, now based in Saskatoon. Built a strong background in logistics, operations, and customer service as a location manager before joining Exigent full-time after two seasons of spring seed treating. Known for his drive, adaptability, and hands-on approach.
